Description:
1. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media (SMM) and display advertising campaigns
2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
5. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
6. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
7. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
8. Evaluate emerging technologies.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 1 year hands-on experience
Required Skills:
1. Fluent in English
2. Marketing Background greatly preferred
3. Demonstrable managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
4. Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
5. Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
6. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
7. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints preferred
8. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
